I’m Tenika (she/her), currently Games Designer + QA at 5 Lives Studios. I’ve previously worked at SMG Studio + Spunge Games across those same roles too!

I bring an overly excited gen-z kind of energy, with a splash of adhd and girlpower.

During my afternoon brain breaks, you can find me wandering around the office to see what cool new things people are working on. I will absolutely spend several minutes being a cheerleader, hyping up each individual person - No matter how small the task is, I will find some niche detail to be amazed by.

In my design work, I love creating fun and elaborate questlines that’ll have you questioning how anyone could possibly think of such peculiar ideas.

My great QA accolades involve someone sending me a game screenshot with the message “can you find the bug in this”, expecting a single answer back… Instead, I replied with screenshots and notes of six different bugs within the same minute the screenshot was sent. Previous coworkers say “Tenika, you have eagle eyes for bugs” and “What?! Literally how did you see that it’s one pixel???”.

My mandatory fun fact is… Uhh… Umm… I like playing Slay The Spire!!!!!!! Also the colour pink! And I collect Build-A-Bear frogs too! :^)
